She's growing up...
Can't believe how old my seven year old looks! Took these today. We had a wonderful Christmas, but unfortunately, I've had the flu since Christmas eve. It's been traveling back and forth through our family for the past three weeks and this is my second time with it, yuck! More Used my Soft light action with the Quick color pop. Also, took this one of Aiden and my sweetheart. Love the look on Aiden's face! I was really proud of this shot, it was done without a flash, late at night, at 1600 ISO and f1.8. More later...

Bridal Show
My two daughters got to be flower girls at the bridal show here where we live. Weird to see them in make-up but they were asked to wear it by the show director. They got to be totally pampered, including having their hair done by JC Penny's hair Salon. I took these with just the light available no flash with my 50mm 1.8. They look way to grown up, especially Sarah. Sigh.

Had to post some more, just got done proofing these, I adore this little guy. I took these today, I've really been enjoying my camera lately and finally feel like I know how to use it, it only took me 4 years! I'm a slow study. The first photo cracks me up because I think most of my photos of Aiden, he has this exact same face, but I was happy to get a smile on the second one. Overcast day, film speed was 400 Shutter 1/125 apeture 2.8 used my vibrant action all three stops and my bw.

More Photos
Recent photos of the girls! Wow, it's been a busy couple of weeks, I'm looking forward to things slowing down a bit. I feel so tired lately, we've all had the flu this past week. My class went well, but Saige and I both had the flu the day of the class. I hardly slept the night before and since then it has gone through all six of our kids. Little Brig has it today, he's thrown up 4 times the poor thing! I'll be glad when they are all well again! More photos later.

Teaching
I'll be in Utah teaching a class for Digital Scrapbook Memories. April has some amazing CD's that are so easy and fun to use and she is hosting a free event at the Marriot, so if your interested it should be wonderful! Here is the link and a picture of the class I'll be teaching. My kids love the this, I've had to lock it up so it doesn't get ruined before the show. It's a memory game, backed with all of Arctic Frog's wonderful "By the Sea" line. I love Arctic Frog.
