Back from Disneyland!

We've been in Disneyland the last week, it was so much fun! I have photos I want to post from the trip, but no time to process them right now. I'll post photos later this week. Disneyland is so much fun though and the weather was great for the most part. I missed my bed. Looking forward to this weekend because it's our little one's blessing day alot of our family is coming into town! Yeah!!

Growing...

Look how big he's getting! He's already over a month old, it goes waaay too fast! Took these today, hence my house is a mess. I need to spend the rest of the afternoon cleaning and getting dinner going. We are finishing our basement though, and with that I will be finishing a room for a studio! I'm so excited! I just got my studio lights too, but I haven't set them up or played with them yet. I wonder how big of a learning curve it's going to be. When I take some photos, I'll post them. I also want to enlarge some of my photos, but I have no idea which ones. I have the hardest time figuring out which photos are my best work. More later!

Baby Jax

Getting tired of newborn photos yet? Love this photo of him! Also, I downloaded the new Lightroom 2.0 beta, and WOW! Love what you can do in there! I've been having so much fun with it! I don't have too much time to post once again, the laundry pile is taller than me. But, I wanted to post some faq's. I occasionally get email's about what camera I use and lens questions. I have a Canon 5D and an 85mm and a 50mm lens. I love prime lenses, they are so sharp, so if I could recommend a lens for someone it would always be a prime. They also have that low aperture, so you can get great indoor/low light photos.

Quick photo for today, I've been a little sleep deprived lately. Still trying to adjust to a new baby in the house, it's always hard to work out a routine when they are this young. Hopefully, I'll get more on top of things soon, I've got alot of ideas and projects in the works! Baby's crying, I'll post more soon!
